The last time my parents had to have one of "those" calls was because of tree roots in the pipes. The guy recommended a bottle at walmart...dont remember the name but it keeps the roots out. It is with all the plumbing stuff. That and a tablespoon of yeast in your toilet if you have a septic.
rooto was what he said to put down the drain in 6 months. You wouldnt believe the dirt and worms and roots he pulled out! $200 later...I did see there are coupons on their website but my husband called them while I was out looking for Easter suits with my kids....
